Most apartments in La Mer are rented out to tourists, so the property is well kept and maintained. Every one of the staff members from the security guard to the housekeeper and the cleaning staff are courteous and helpful.nThe property that we rented was spacious, airy and filled with sunlight. All the rooms had air conditioning which is an absolute must in a hot place like Goa.nBeds were super comfortable and had fresh, clean bed linen laid out for us. Although the pillows were a bit hard they didn't give us any neck pain and we had restful sleep every night.nThe kitchen is stocked with basic utensils and the housekeeper helped us with the coffee, tea and milk. Bathrooms were very clean and the outside sit out with the bar counter and the numerous balconies were a highlight.nTo wake up to the chirping of at least half a dozen variety of birds and bright sunlight was definitely a high point! The property is set away from the hustle and bustle of the beach town but small shops and bhaji pav restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away.nWe never got a hotel feel here and felt add if we were living in our own home.

BEAUTIFUL place, VERY well kept.nnWe had booked a 3BHK duplex. Every room had a different color scheme and every one of them, BEAUTIFUL.nnWe had booked the place esp to shoot. And we loved it.

One of the most beautiful houses to stay in. All are great but try and take the house with the lawn which belongs to the Siddiques or try to get the one which belongs to Sanjay. They are super awesome homes and people.
