Amazing place. Small rooms but sufficient.. toilets are maintained very clean.. Building is very old so some might feel its not clean.. but they are trying their best for cleanliness.. staff are super friendly.. BTW... They are shifting to a newer bigger property by this year

Not at all as per the Sterling Standards.nnLocation - far away from all beaches, in centre of a residential area, only 1 option for renting vehicle and hence his monopoly.nnProperty - i went there with the expectation of sterling standard i saw in other locations, however the property is very small, no playground, small rooms. Rooms are well maintained but very small. Pool was operational and good size but no other amenities were on. Hence bit disappointed.nnFood - very disappointing, our day 1 was Sunday and food was delicious but during next 3 days food tasted blant, no taste and a very small spread. Once again, very disappointed.nnService Staff - very courteous and were always ready to help. Problem was that there was a very less staff leading to a very slow service with food and housekeeping. But full star to service.nnEven though the experience was not bad but had the property been good it would have been amazing. Perhaps I won't be visiting this property during my next visits to Goa.

Sterling has really been home away from home for a long time now.nThe staff are courteous.nThe negatives being... It's a huge property & though the rooms are clean, the surrounding areas are not clean... The pool, the area in front of the rooms.. Definitely not upto sterling standards

Overall experience is fine. Can't say it's bad at all. But few things need managing from the team at sterling.nnNo room service during night.nFridge want working, got it changed.nHot water not running, found out the colour coding was wrong.nRoom size is great, no complaints.nnGood thing I have sterling membership or else paying full rack rates, one would get furious at such errors.
