The rooms are very small. Service is not very good. Arrogant staff. Breakfast is for 300 per day. Quantity of breakfast is really small as compared to price.nnBreakfast issue:nOn first day, they gave the breakfast at 9.45am which was half hour late than when we called.nOn second day we told them on prior that send the breakfast at 8.45am since it starts from 8.30am onwards. They gave at 9.30am which was 45min late. We had a strict schedule to follow as we wanted to start our trip but these people are least bothered about their customers Timings.nnHygiene issue:nVery bad and congested bathrooms. While checking the room, it looked good but when u start using it then u get to know how old and stinky the toilets are. They are only covering their dustbins with black paper and are rusty from bottom.nnBooking issue:nSo we had told them that we are staying for three days, and the receptionist told us that we can pay everyday for the room and total payment is not needed but at day 2 they asked us to checkout because the room was not booked and the same room got booked online. When I checked online it showed available. Usually when the rooms are booked there is a small message below that says 'sold out' . I did not see any such message. We did have an argument over the breakfast the same day may be that's why they did this to us.nnTv issue:nThe tv was shut, did not work. So we had to go to them for a number of times to make it worknnNot a good experience with these people. They are least bothered about their customers.

Lift problems usually happens. You need to take stairs even if your room js on 3rd floor.

I got into this Hotel as it was recommended by OYO customer care. I stayed here for 3 days and eight from day 1 I had complaints about this hotel .nn1. Breakfast was very much limited ,it was either 1slice bread Omlet or 1 parata and they charged 600 for 3 days breakfast.nn2. Most of the rooms had hygiene issues many cockroach all over the place . When complained about it they change the room but it is of no use as all the rooms have cockroaches .nn3. Washroom walls and complete room walls are messy and dirty . Specifically washroom walls have fungus everywhere.nn4. Very much congested room ,I would say not even ok for 1 occupency as there is no place to walk properly in the room.nn5. I had an emergency situation in the hotel where a dangerous reptile was found and when I contacted reception there was no one available .nnWhen I searched for receptionist he was at 4rth floor in the kitchen .nn6. This hotel has a kitchen and when I asked about the available dishes they asked me to order from swiggy which was a surprise for me .nnApart from the location there is noting which is commendable about this hotel and the 1 star goes to the location only.nnWhen I reported all this with photos and proofs to oyo customer care they just said we are sorry and will not repeat this again .nnNote: DONOT TRUST OYO ANYMORE THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE .WHEN ASKED ABOUT SAFETY ISSUES THEY DONT HAVE ANY ANSWER AND DISCONNECT THE CALL. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR ME AT THIS OYO FACILITY WHICH IS RATED HIGH FOR NO REASON.
