Receptionists were little rude. Room was okay but overall experience was not that good. They charged us 3000 Rs extra (additional from approx 5000 Rs room rent) for unwanted damage to few room stuffs. Receptionist told us that we can take those things with us or else take it at the time of next visit. We were not able to take those things at that time. After few months, I went there and asked for the same. Staff told me that there is no such policy, you could take things with you only at the time of checkout. This was not expected from such hotel after charging hefty room rent.

07 March 2021- @ 2120hrs entered Hotel waited for 15 minutes to book the room but Very much Disgusting..nNo body at reception desk on the 1st floor and when I asked some staff member, he informed Desk Manager 2-3 times but desk manager seating in office doing very important work that he had no responsibility to attend customer.. there were no any Customer around so obviously can't give excuse of other customers.nHotel view and cosmetics appearance is well presented but NO RESPONSIBLE OF RESPONSIBLE PERSON. Need to improve quality of responsibility and Hospitality.
