Customer care is good. Premises is neat and clean. But it is not understood as to how they claim their rates are competitive. Normally they charge the Maximum price printed on the product and even Donot supply bag etc. as is done in the market with some concession on the maximum printed on the product. The management should review their policy in their Own interest so as to attract more customers
