Very attractive for Families & Kids,but there are lots of minor issues that needs immediate attention. Maintainance is not up to the mark, which all could be rectified if concerned authorities are dedicated in their services. Covid-19 can't be an excuse always.Hope they look into it. Location, Food quality, Service & Price are exceptional.

Have a good area for campfire..better view of hills

Himagiri Homes is a perfect place for those who looks for taking a break from the busy city life. Place is completely isolated from the busy areas and is surrounded by woods. It's an ideal place who wish to travel to Thirunelli temple as it's hardly few kilometres. There is no restaurant but food is prepared locally upon order to the caretaker and food was very delicious. He was a nice chap who is eager to help wholeheartedly. Please note to travel during daylight as one need to travel around 20km through dense forest to reach the place and there are chance of encountering wildlife before and after daylight.

While the location of the homes is ideal and each home is spaced out from each other, giving privacy, the facilities were not as good. The bed was dusty and had random hairs on the blankets. The room had many insects, some of which went into people's mouths and noses. The bathroom was tiny and the lights kept going off. The food was ok and the sports room was sub par. Not a good place to stay if you want to relax at the home
