Fantastic experience. Unlike most brokers in Bombay, people here never shy away from their responsibilities. They just don't take care of the landlords but tenants too. Very forthcoming and understanding and supportive. Fabulous!

My personal experience with Tirupati Estate Consultants is really wonderful. One can blindly trust Tirupati Estate Consultant and it's team. Mr Hemant Barbade Owner of the firm is very nice man, if he likes you (in terms of your social behaviour and personality ) he can go out of the way to help you out. He has some gift to understand the person. Also he is very professional, don't try to waste his time. It you are new in Mumbai and really looking for good property and better deal, I will strongly recommend Tirupati Estate Consultants, whole staff is very humble and professional. One of the most professional real estate consultants I have come across in Mumbai. Mr. Hemant is very knowledgeable and leads a very professional team of experts. Hemant and his team has been working with me since 6 months in showing various apartments around in Andheri West while I was in the search since 3 months prior. They are one of the experts in the area. They do understand the complications (if any) of the various properties and will alert you on the same.
