I would say that experience was ok and good. Visited this post office today (Saturday) to update my mobile number, email address and photo, but was told to wait till 10 am when I already reached there at 9 am. When asked for token number and form, they informed us that you will get later. Waited there for 40 minutes and they started to distribute forms with token numbers on first come and first serve basis which was good thing. After filling the form, the officer who was assigned for the Aadhar update work did the process for me in within 10 minutes. He was polite and quite helpful. So, the experience was good and smooth. Needs improvement, but you can’t expect much from Govt run offices.nnCurrently, you can’t update your photo, but other things can be done. Just take all the necessary supporting documents with you like Aadhar card, pan card, DL, etc. In my case they only asked for Pan card and Aadhar card photocopies. Good luck.

There is nothing speedy about speed post whether it be tracking, calling , delivery ....just like any other government company ....
