Shree Saunsthan Gaudapadcharya Kavale Math having its Headquarters at Kavale- Ponda Goa is one of the ancient math of Gaud Saraswat Barhmins (GSB). The Math's history could be traced as far back to 2700 years ago. Shree Kavale Math has branches all over India.nnBANGANGA WALKESHWAR is one of the oldest Hindu Settlements in Mumbai and is an important heritage site and the most sought after Branches of this venerated Math in the vicinity and serene surroundings of Banganga. It was established around 1630 AD. Later the Building Complex was constructed by Brahmibhhot Guruvarya Shreemad Sachidanand Saraswati Swamiji (76th pontiff of Guru Parampara) in the year 1963. During May 1965 Goddess Shantadurgadevi was consecrated (Pratishthapana) here in the holy presence of H. H. Swamiji.
