Good environment, Lush green forest area, ,around 650 big steps and around 3000 feet above the base land the journey to the temple very exiting. We got the cool breeze while going up and coming down. However the descent was slippery as there was moss and algi on the stones.

Amazing place to visit. Neat and clean place. Well maintained. Easy 600 steps to climb. Cool water at top. Breakfast & Lunch facility available on top. Very Old Lord Shiva Mandir.

Temple dedicated to God shiv..near to alibug in mapgoan village..you have to parked your vechicle in mapgoan and from mapgoan to reach the temple you have to walk around 45-60mins means 700-750 steps..the road is very beautiful surrounding of nature...Quite place...but no any options for hotels..no any option for transport...it's good if you carry your food and own vehicle
