Reference to my review and reply receivednnI had booked palm resort on Rs 2050 and after poor response from your side, i booked a different hotel in Rs 1450 onlynAs a policy if extra bed is included then same should have been communicated instead of counter offer by Sumit surana to give Rs 1500 (excluding breakfast) in cashnI was clearly told that we don't provide extra bed and if need go ask goibibo itself, no reply received from goibibo as i just cancelled booking without citing any reason but yes i will write to them now regarding my experience.
