I found big fraud by cashier today, gey add item which I not bought., 2 kgs onion added by cashier which was not in basket.
Billing counter oprater are not available many times
Pathetic experience...Order taken 10 days back and cancelled without intimidation.
It is a great grocery shopping place but they don't even have necessary items like sanitary pad etc.
You have to fill the grocery by hand at counter and then again at gate fill into beg no staff for your help. The staff treating customer like needy people. Worst management.
