This is a tree shaded beautifully maintained RV Park. Traveling for business so only spent 1 night and arrived late, but definitely want to come back. Site was firm gravel base, perfectly level & all hookups in great condition for fast hookup. Restrooms and laundry were spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice campground near downtown with large shady back-in and pull- thru sites.nVery clean laundry and shower/restroom facilities. Laundry has 4 washers and dryers; we never waited for an empty machine.nDog area is all gravel. There is a large park across a main street from the RV park with lots of grass for the dogs. And there is an enclosed dog park about 2 miles east of the RV park.

This place is great. We broke down in our Cruise America rental and these guys did everything they could to help. They set us up with a space that was easy to get towed into and they did everything they could to make us comfortable while Cruise America worked on fixing their mistake. I'd give the five extra stars Cruise America won't get to this review if I could.

This place was great for the time we stayed. We just needed a night. We were on our way to mancos state park but weather and time of evening pushed us to stay in town. Came in at 9pm and Gene came out to greet us. He showed us an open spot, helped me get the rig in and stick around and chatted while we got settled. Very friendly and full of useful information! Bathrooms and showers the best of our entire 3000 mile trip. Next morning, gene came by again to check on us and gave us some more suggestions of what to go see. Overall, I would def recommend and would stay here again. Thanks gene!

We have been on the road for 13l2 days visiting 5 national parks. We stopped in at Sundance RV park late one night hoping for a spot to hook up to. Little did we know we just found the best RV park we would stay at our whole trip! 9 mins away from Mesa Verde National Park, right in Cortez. This parks host was right there to help us even though it was after hours gave us advice about the park! This RV park has the cleanest bathrooms ever! You go to take a shower and you feel like you are in your shower at home! Highly recommend stopping here if you need a place to stay!
