Truly exceptional campground. I have been traveling around the US for over 5 months full-time in my RV, Inn Town by far has been my favorite campground. The owners, Dan and Erin, are truly exceptional, so friendly but not intrusive, providing service you'd expect to see at a five star hotel.nnI originally planned on staying a week, but loved it so much I extended my stay to nearly two weeks. Unfortunately my site wasn't available for the second week, but Dan went out of his way to accommodate my rig in another site (literally measuring my rig and site options).nnThe grounds were immaculate. Felt secluded yet it was a close walk to downtown Nevada City. Very family friendly with nightly movies for those traveling with children.nnOnly thing missing is a dog park (particularly given the daily dog fee). Definitely look forward to future visits.

Campground always exceeds expectations. I tell friends about this place and list on and on about the amenities and the camping culture here. Then I visit again and find that they've added something new for my list. It's a labor of love and that shows in every detail.nI enjoy the look and features of the grounds, but I find what I marvel at the most is walking around and seeing other friendly enthusiastic visitors. There's always several cool vintage trailers, a new tent I haven't seen, or just an impressive camp setup with lots of personality. Gathering fun and happy campers doesn't happen automatically and I appreciate the work the owners have done to build that community.

My daughter and I just stayed in one of the glamping tents for a short birthday trip. The campground is very well taken care of, extremely thoughtful, and family friendly. All the while you are in the middle of huge trees and serene nature.nAlso, the staff was amazing and put a movie on the outdoor cinema even though it wasn't their standard movie night.nWe created special memories and will most certainly be back. Thanks!!!

First camping trip ever with our wolf pup! The staff was super friendly and offered to help if we ran into issues. We do not live in area where we get snow and it snowed! Super Awesome!!!nnAbout the campsite - super clean, restroom and showers cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in. The water in the public shower was super hot which I loved and there was room to hang my towel and sundries.nnWe had all hook ups and were fortunate we had no major issues with the new trailer!

Saw all the good reviews for this place and decided to stay since I wanted to explore Nevada City and Empire Mine State Park. Well my experience was not bad per se since no one booked the site right next to me, and when I saw that, I literally mean about 6 feet away from my site. The sites themselves were very small, about the width and length of a 28 ft RV.nnNo campfires are allowed so you either have to bring a propane fire pit or rent theirs for $30. The cost for the site for one night was $55. Considering the lack of space and no fires, it isn’t worth it.nnDon’t get me wrong, the girls up at the front shop were super nice and the grounds were kept very clean. I just wish there was more space for camping and the price was better...
