We were totally surprised at the cleanliness, and upkeep of this RV resort. Everything was immaculate the sites were level, patios clean and well-maintained. Upscale picnic table and glider bench. Great space between RVs. It was quiet at night. We will definitely be back so happy to have found this resort

We stayed 3 nights in May 2021. We had a back-in gravel site with full hookup. The sites are very nice. They include the pad area plus a car parking area to the side. Also a nice picnic table. Each site has a grass buffer between you and the next camper. Due to Covid, the public bathrooms were closed, but with full hookups, we didn't need them.nWe would definitely stay here again.

We have camped at Columbia Sun for many years at least once a season, and the stay has always been pleasant. This year however we have tried to get a reservation three times so far, and no one answered the phone so we left a message each time. Not once have they returned any of the calls, so we need to find another place (initially I thought they might be closed but that does not appear to be the case). I would understand if they were full, but they could have at least have let us know so we could look elsewhere. We surmise they do not need our business so we will not return. I would have rated the park 4 stars, but If you cannot even get a return phone call after they do not answer, your time is being wasted waiting. The only advice I can give is to look for another RV park if they do not return your call in a timely manner after your first call.

Beautiful site, modern and well maintained. Covid restrictions made the stay less than desirable without use of showers and bathrooms. As I tried to express my displeasure with the restrictions and the lack of overt notification of the restrictions the facility operator was less than sympathetic and slightly rude. As I pointed out that their notification was on a piece of paper smaller than a bubble gum wrapper and in small print she was not empathetic. Maybe a small lesson in customer service would be in order. Oh well, my bad, should have read the fine print (literally). Would probably stay at the facility again.
