If you’re traveling the 101 up (or down) the coast, this is an absolute must stop and stay. Gorgeous views right overlooking the ocean. Friendly staff. Clean. Ample parking. There are only two suggestions I might make to the owner: 1) The cable boxes are rusted and need inspection / replacement so connections aren’t corroded. 2) There should be an investment in internet equipment upgrade. Some spots have no coverage and others it’s quite weak. This is a relatively easy fix but would require some investment in upgrades. I’m sure campers would appreciate it.

First RV Park ever! This place is awesome! They have ocean spots or forest spots. We had a forest spot and it was only a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this place and I'm looking for the next time I can go.

We were very happy to get space in the wooded area for our 2 week stay. Full hookups were a blessing!nnBeautiful and well kept RV park run by Friendly owners and staff! The cute store is stocked with snacks (ice cream!!), RV supplies, DVD rentals, cute jewelry and much more.nnPet friendly with supplied poopy bags and garbage cans.nnClean Laundry room. Currently $1.50 wash and .25 per 5 min dry.nnWe enjoyed the easy walk down to the beach where our pup could run around off leash.nnThank you Sea & Sand!!nWe will definitely be back!nDarren, Mary and Rogue ud83dudc3e

Absolutely amazing location!!nWe got a spot second tier from the beach and the view was amazing!! We spent time flying kites and walking the beach. Very clean and organized site. Thank you!!

Was good. People were friendly, sites were very clean but small. Forest sites were not super windy which was nice. We'll definitely stay again
