Service is Good. Getting prior follow up for Ford Regular Service. They are doing their best. Some times small spare parts are not available. It will take time for to get that. There is separate Insurance team is there to taken care of Insurance Policy related activities. Ford aspire petrol variant mileage is low but build quality is good. I hope mileage will get improve based on sub sequential services.

We have been servicing our 2009 model Ford Fusion+ at Akshaya Ford service center at Madurai from the year of purchase. We used to get our car serviced as they promise. This time they went a step ahead, despite this Covid situation they did all the service with special care.nnI would like to give a special mention to the Service advisor and Technician for the way they took the service forward, this April gave the best servicing experience at the service center during this 10 years of journey with Akshaya Ford.

The sales part was just worst. They simply lie with discounts to lure you to buy their cars. Anyways Ford is worth buying ud83dude09nService guys are simply awesome. They listen, suggest and work according to our needs. Service would simply be a 10/10. Best service care than any other Ford service centre.

Good Customer Service and Test Drive facility is awesome explained all the details of the vehicle .Also got wonderful support from Body Shop members and Service people in times of emergency like the pandemic
