The employees here are totally short tempered and Dont listen to thier customers. They make them to come again and again for one issue. Even u talk them politely then also they behaves rudely like the bank belongs to their father and they are providing services free of cost. Bank of baroda team should take some against these as it is impacting their customers. Even for a small work they won't listen and if u insist they will start talking rubbish in even in some case they abuse thier customers. So i request bank of baroda to look in to the issue and issue show cause notice to all the employees of this branch as they stood up equally if any employee do some wrong thing each employee support that and harras the customer.
