I am not one to post bad reviews, I know that people and businesses have bad days. However, Turtle Creek had time to make the situation better and they only made it worse. I was in for the first time on Saturday with my husband and we were kicked out without warning for not pulling our masks up in-between sips of beer. We were even told that sips needed to be quick, whatever that means. This is not a joke (a lot of people think I am kidding). The bartender who sold us the drinks never said this was a rule or told us we had to do so, when we arrived they did let us know masks are to stay up and on properly while playing, which we had done when walking around. However, that is also the case at restaurants until you sit down to eat or drink, then it can come off. We assumed that was the same protocol as we were seated at the bar and not walking around or even at the slots. We were joined by another couple who had their masks completely off while seated at the bar so we did not think twice about pulling them up continuously. When we were very rudely approached by multiple employees at once they let us know we were being kicked out but did not say why until we asked. They claim they warned the couple sitting next to us at the bar before we had been over but they never warned us and still kicked us out along with the other couple. I have never been so humiliated in my adult life. If they are going to stay open against the orders and serve alcohol they should make their crazy rules well known and let individuals know when they buy the beer what their rules are. I was hoping to enjoy my experience here but needless to say, I will never be back.

We had a very good time despite the covid restrictions. Staff was very helpful in assisting my daughter on her first ever casino and gaming experience. Found the payouts to very fair only down side was no food or drink served on the date we attended. Will be going back to check the rest of there services out when there able to reopen them!

Pros: the casino is open, airy, and smoke free. Cons: it had the tightest slots I've ever played. The place vacuumed a couple hundred bucks out of my wallet without giving me any reason at all to keep playing. As I was losing I took a look around and realized the eerie silence on the casino floor was because no one else was winning either. I understand that you lose at a casino, but the slots should pay out enough to keep you interested and buying drinks while you play. This place should have just placed a donation box at the front door. I was going to get a beer while I was playing but there was no bartender at the bar when I stopped by. It worked out because I wasn't there long enough to drink it anyway. I won't be back. There are much better casinos not that far away.

This place was super clean and not at all what I was expecting. We were eating at Bourbon 72 inside the casino and decided to go a little early to hit up the slots and tables. It was very clean and very comfortable in the casino. Everytime someone left the table or slot, someone was there to wipe it down right away. Dinner was great and very fancy.

Parking lot is large and RV parking is not a problem. Like most casino's it can be loud inside, but not too bad. Can't really "review" the gambling experience since the odds here are the same as everywhere (against you), but the eateries are good and the hotel rooms are very nice. I never golfed here but the course looks nice. Location is ok, about 20 min from downtown Traverse City, entrance/exit is off a fairly busy and fast road. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
