Amazing stay and amazing hospitality. Staff is honest, I lost my Ray-Ban worth 12k but was returned by staff which I left in my room while moving out hastily.nBuffet spread of all three meals is lavish and really value for money. Hygiene standards are top notch too. In short services and std of 5* hotel in Durgapur.
When someone takes positive interest in his/her job it shows. In this hotel it is visible from miles. The care in maintaining the property along with excellent menu, which fortunately had an array of local cuisine was heartwarming to say the least. The property is located very close to city centre and very near to the highway, making it an excellent choice of stay. The staff is very helpful and positive.
It's the best property in entire South bengal, for events as well as stays. Rooms r decent in size, basic amenities part of the room amenities. Mini bar and ref decently stocked up, not great but will do types. Food quality is good both for events and stays. Alcoholic beverages range is limited can certainly improve. Ample parking is available. Over all nicely done
Like any other ITC hotel the food, the decor and the ambience was good. Good place for an unhurried lunch with family. I went on a weekday afternoon recently and the place was literally empty. A little slow service if you are in a hurry.
