Beautiful divine place with Natural falls...Must visit if you are visiting Mukteshwar Dham...But prefer going on a two wheeler because parking a four wheeler would be a difficult task...Temple is around half a kilometre walk from the place where you can park your vehicle...The place can be a great tourism spot but till now very few people are aware of this beautiful place...

No words to express the Divine Grace of Mata Shardey.The distance from the place you park your vehicle to the Mandir is nearly 500 meters with mesmerizing view so you have to watch your steps carefully.construction work is going on regarding installing of cemented blocks to ensure the safety of divotees.It is recommended not to visit alone but with the group in day time only.Theres a 10 degree drop in the temperature if compared with that of Pathankot.

From the Shahpur Kandi to the Ranjit Sagar Dam and on the main road, on the opposite side of Mukteshwar Mahadev temple, there is a signboard on the road opposite the path, which is written on the path of going to the temple of Chharde Mata, distance 5 kms.nA short walk turns to the left side of the road from the same hill path. There is a kilometer downhill walk from the temple which reaches the temple. Below is a mother's temple built on the banks of the rainy river. Also, a small waterfall flows through the hill, which places four moons in the scenery there. There is a very exciting journey.nnThe mother-in-law will fulfill all the wishes of you.nnSome precautions are also necessary for coming to the temple. The road is mostly mountainous and mostly deserted, so travel with companions. Drive the car slowly and travel only in the daylight. There is no arrangement for lodging in the temple at night and there is a need to take special precautions in the rainy season as the connection between the temple is broken due to the absence of a bridge and due to the bridge.
