Very quiet and clean park even though it was at near capacity when we were there. Lots of trees and the sites with the Paw Pen make traveling with pets much easier.nnThe only thing that was confusing was where to park when checking in...there was no marked area that we could see.nnWe had a great stay and would recommend this KOA.

What a lovely KOA this is! Pleasantly surprised. Big spaces, lots of trees and quiet (read not on a busy highway). Located in Richfield which is a very pretty town. It is definitely on my top KOA list!

This park is lovely. We did the last minute night check in, which was very straightforward. There is a board outside the front office with paperwork prefilled with available spaces and nice round numbers for the cost, so it makes it easy to throw cash in the envelope. We got in at 9:15pm, and the park manager came out to greet us and show us to our space. We didn't catch his name, but he was splendid and very accommodating of our second vehicle. Also, their dog walk is very tidy and nicely appointed. This park will definitely be on our list to revisit when we pass through.

I would have given this Koa a 5 star except for the dog park. Luckily there was a spot across the street we could use. BUT...the site itself was wonderful!! Sites are staggered so your not starting in your neighbors window. Trees!!! I love trees!! Really enjoyed our week stay!! Loved it!!

My husband and I came here for our one year wedding anniversary. The couple managing the KOA started managing in January, and they have done a spectacular job with keeping the place looking nice as well as bringing new additions in that are needed. The whole staff was very accommodating, we were able to switch cabins on a whim because one was bigger, and it was easy to take care of. The grill outside of the cabin wasn’t looking the best but I hadn’t noticed; the manager Dave asked if I was planning to use the grill and he looked at it for me, and without prompting he went and bought a new grill for us to use. The cabin and grounds were very clean, everyone was so friendly, and it’s a quiet area with plenty to do to refresh. Definitely would go back and recommend to others. It’s not a terrible drive, and well worth the money. :)
