Though the staff is very helpful. The products were of inferior quality. I bought polka dot balloons. when I blew air its print was badly stretched. I am just disappointed. Roadside balloon seller have better print and quality than this. The pump I bought was defective. It could blow a single balloon. It was better to buy it from random stationary as we atleast don't expect quality there.

Too much costly. Similar thing you can get from navsari bazar.

Lack one star due to prices. Only place in surat with thick red plastic cups equivalent to the solo cups we get in the states. Always very helpful and kind persons' working.
