A huge franchise for having your dream motorcycle. Customer service is average. You won't get satisfied completely.

Had purchased Honda H'ness 350 from another showroom.. But did my first service at Shymas Honda. Service was neat..all issues was taken care off and delivered the bike on time... staff was cordial ... overall satisfied ...suggestion : need a better customer waiting lounge...

Staffs are honest. So sometimes they forget to convince the customer and let them inspect vehicle before bill payment. I forced them to let me inspect my alloted vehicle and found out they are true to their words. Nice experience with them.

This company provides the best service I have ever seen

The service is good and professional. Service centre is well laid-out with ample space.You can even drop off your vehicle along with the details and complaints in a form and leave the service station without waiting.I found this feature extremely helpful.ud83dudc4dnAs I mentioned,the service was really good.The only problem I found was the excessive delay in vehicle delivery(3 days in my case).This can be really frustrating and they should look into this matter more seriously.Also, the service is on the costlier side.
