This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it!! Our camping spot was perfect for us! It felt private, but still near other campers and the bathroom. The bathrooms and showers were pretty clean, and they had a camp kitchen sink outside the bathroom building. Everything (bathrooms, laundry area, campgrounds in general) were all so nicely kept. They even had a cute little farm area with chickens, a rooster, and some goats!nThe atmosphere there was so safe and welcoming! The store was not as overpriced as I was anticipating, they were actually pretty reasonable! I loved that camp was a 10 minute drive to Crescent City too! We drove an hour and a half to the hike by permit trail at Tall Trees Grove and the whole drive there was just absolutely stunning. I genuinely loved every second of being here with my husband ud83dude0d I wish we could have stayed longer because it was a weekend I will never forget.

We stayed a night in may. It was 50 degrees outside and 60 inside. The location was perfect. There are goats there in a pen. Very nice shop and laundry.

The worst KOA we have been to yet. They were not there to check us in. The office is almost never open. Hope you don't need help or want to buy wood/ice. They didn't offer any activities over Easter. The entire place is run down and need updating. Not what you expect when you pay more to stay at a KOA. My daughter loves the monkey bars and they are missing the center bar so she couldn't do them. The play structures are old and need updating. The sites are very tiny/close together. They messed up our reservation and put us as far away from our family as possible for our 5 day stay. We were supposed to be next to them. They didn't offer anything to make this right. The pot hols through the park are dangerous. Your rig will hrash through multiple pot holes as you enter. Be careful. Everything is over grown and needs maintenance. I would never come back.

Worst experience ever! We rented a full size cabin, we requested to have linens and we didn’t have them when we arrived, luckily we found a grounds keeper who was able to get us a few blankets and pillows. The next morning we woke up to our cabin being infested with ants! We went to the office and the front desk Julie said “oh no we were afraid of that,” and “don’t worry we will go set traps and we will work with you on your stay” fast forward 6 days later we check out and I ask to speak with the manager and they tell me they will take 90$ off of our 800$ total. The manager wasn’t available to speak with so the following day when we got home I called her and spoke with Antonia the manager, she said she couldn’t do anymore and that I would need to speak with Alex, I have called Alex and Antonia 4 times with NO CALL BACK. I called the main KOA and filed a report but they are all owned independently so they couldn’t do anything. Terrible customer service will never be back! Such a shame to be so unkind. At this point it isn’t at all about the money it is about doing the right thing.

A fantastic place to camp, weather for a day or a week. The staff is extremely friendly, and when I needed to buy some firewood after hours a staff member got me some wood and was the kindest. The campgrounds are clean, the bathrooms are clean and the showers are amazing! Hot water and a hot fan blowing on you, very nice! I cant wait to return this summer!
