Clean, bright, nice layout. Will be great when they open up the dance floor!!nnThe best thing was how clean the bathrooms were. Great decor.nnThe only negative was cashing out after playing. Machines don’t give change, so it’s a two-step process of using a machine and then again standing in another line to get change!nnAlso, the voucher is only valid for 30 days!!! Blue Chip & Four Winds are 90 days!!!!!

I went to The Grand Opening for The Hard Rock Casino. The Casino is Beautiful. I Love all the details and all the pictures that hang all around the casino and all the costumes. Everything is Beautiful in this casino. It is worth seeing. I hope that you enjoyed the grand opening like I did. Loved it. Overall we had a pretty good experience. We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and the wait for our food took a little time, but the service was friendly and the food was good. The Casino is laid out well. There where plenty of slots and table games and little waiting. Some of the other restaurants looked interesting so we'll definitely be back to check those out. On a side note they do allow smoking inside so just something to be aware of if you don't smoke.

Only the first full day of operations and there are a lot of loose ends and operational issues that still need fixing, so if your expecting perfection,hold off a few weeks. The casino is average size but very well laid out. Mostly slots and video poker but they also offer table games and a high limit area. The Rock shop is small. The cafe is large but they need more time to manage the flow better. We'll pass this way again on our trips to Chicago and will check it out next time to see if it's better

Honestly we were a little worried based off the reviews. But we wanted to wait a week to go. It was really nice. The memorabilia was great to look at. The staff was helpful and friendly. Yes the slots were pretty tight but we expected that. Overall we will definitely be back
