Good, neat and clean rooms with adequate space. Location is great; about 50 metres from Mall Road. Restaurant serves great food especially the complimentary breakfast. What stood out the most, however, was the extra friendly staff - always available and prompt in servicing all the requests.

Very bad experience. The online reviews seem fake. Booked this hotel after checking the online reviews but when we reached there it was a major disappointment. Only good thing is that it is close to MG road. Apart from that there is nothing to write about. Even the suite room was very small and cramped. The washroom was stinking so badly and after complaining all they could do was to spray some room freshener which didn't help. The room was full of dust and the cleanliness was not maintained. The food provided was good though and the restaurant staff was prettty helpful as well.

It was a great experience staying at The cosmos hotel,Gangtok. The best thing about the hotel is its location,it is located just minute away from mall road plus the staff are very very cooperative and helpful.nnThe restuarant staff was also very sweet and the food was amazing.nnThe Linens was also very clean and the rooms were aslo well maintained.nnOne of the best hotels.in Gangtok , would like to visit the property again next year.

Hotel was nice, location was good, staff was very helpful. Few flaws in the room, no fan in room, bathroom did not have ventilation and the sink was broken which lead to leakage of water. The bedsheets were torn at places which was a bit off. But overall it was a decent stay.

Very bad experience,nI booked for room with view instead they gave me another room, and even on next day did not provide another room.nLinen had black spots and water was leaking in bathroom.nAlthough, the staff from restaurant was very cooperative and food was also good.
