We bought a property from them in Nov 2019. While booking they promised that they will give us 10gram gold coin after registration. We registered in December 2019, Its's been 1and half year over already, still they didn't give and didn't reply to a single email. Even we referred a friend who bought a property here and they told referral amount will be given and we started to follow for that too, so many calls and email but nothing was answered till now. Now I lost total faith in them. The 5 star reviews here is totally fake which is done by builders. And 1 star reviews are the real buyers. So please be aware with these kind of people.

Unfortunately my father booked a villa in humming gardens and with that ended peaceful life. He passed away and we had to cancel almost a year still literally BEGGING for refund. No. 1 fraud company beware of getting trapped.nThere was 1 good guy in their team Kosalram (legal department) who supported us and pushed management to process refund and guess what he was terminated for being customer friendly.

I had worst experience with this company. I had paid booking amount of Rs 1 lakh on the promise from sales manager at humming garden that he will return the amount if it was committed to them that we were not taking the property. I had clearly communicated within stipulated period that I was not taking and since then I was following up with them for th refund. It's been almost 8 months and I didn't get single rupees also. Their response is horriblennI am giving this edited version of my review for the above.nnI have mailed the details as requested in the reply. But alliance(owner) and it's been 2 weeks but no response. If you don't respond to mail then I don't understand why you are giving such replies

I had cancelled my booking even before we sign the agreement for booking in May 2020, I'm still waiting for the booking amount refund (Dec 2020). They keep saying pending from Accounts department, but doubt if it exists in this group. People please stay away from these kind of business group who doesn't have professionalism in dealing with refund requests in same way they do while booking.

Urbanrise is the leading development offering company in Hyderabad, some buyers here have faced bad experience but as i experience with them totally different and positive, they are actively supportive, my money got refunded within a week.
