Worst experience. Most unresponsive customer relationship.nYou have to run behind them for everything. Worse than a government office. And there's no way you can escalate the issue.

Made a big mistake and bought a flat from this Jains, please don't do that, they don't respond anything, they will not get back to you for anything, made a huge mitake, just letting you people know helping you guys out, don't make the same mistake that I did

Poor build quality, pathetic after sales support, cheap material..finally don’t fall in the trap. Mistakenly bought a flat Jain’s pebble brook phase 2. Biggest mistake in my life.

initially it may sounds new and good for any construction, am writing this review after 10yrs of usage Jains Nakshtra Nolambur, The apartmrnt is damaged to the core, most of the pillars started cracking, water sepage in all the buildings all the floors, bathroom tiles are not laid properly so seepage will start from bathroom, so better avoid jains , i will post the photos in a while... Location and amenities are good but building quality is 0% you need to like in fear when it will collapse... so pls avoid

Dont Even think of putting your Hard earned money in any property of Jains housing. Owners of previous properties are struggling and fed up with poort quality of flats , delay in projects and false promise by builders. They dont complete project in time, check Jains Carlton project where residents are protesting over poor service, delay in completion . I went after seeing their AD in paper for very cheap price but on reaching there i enquired residents who advised to stay away from builder.
