They are collecting development charges but they will not take care of venture after they sell plots.nnPlease don't invest in Peram ventures.nnExcept there employees not even a single customer will give positive feedback.

It's a very good company no doubt in that only if they stick to their promises/developments as per the brochure. They should avoid dealing with land which isn't registered with peram.

For Magnum Opus venture at Rudraram village till now no development is done after 2.5 yrs too. We paid huge amount only as development charges but they are irresponsible. entrance arch, compound wall and entrance road is also not completed till now. Forget about the amenities they promised and took the amount. nothing is done till now.
