Normal lodge with decent staff. Only difficulty here is there are no good restaurants available near by for food...

As I was a old customer and due to vacation by request from my 4 year old boy to see Hyderabad, I went with my family on 29.12.18, when I booked a room for 03 days experienced with a receptionist, a lady who was deployed at day was good, during night a old man with a service boy namely may be nandhu some thing, service is very poor, during visit we reached at 2115 hrs and my boy and wife asked tea due to cold weather, I asked that old man to arrange tea, he said just check the availability of shop and we arrange flask and cupsaucer, which was provided by another staffs in day, I checked very adjacent and confirmed that tea is available, I said the old man who was receptionist, he called service boy who was in room with covered blanket came out and said no tea will be provided, the old man also supported him, I went and brought tea in plastic cover and plastic cup which is very harmful to my baby boy and ourselves, I again requested them to provide atleast cup and saucer, they said, nothing will be provided, go and if you need vacate now, I asked complaint register as mentioned in wall, reply was no complaint register available, go and complaint to anybody, next day morning I immediately vacate room with my wife and child at 0800 hrs when I was eligible to stay upto 1900 hrs, during vacate room, I asked the old man about any formalities, he said you can go now, we went, thing is me and my wife belongs to police department and we have paid in advance,

Hotel is old with big, clean rooms & big washroom, towels are clean. The corridor was well maintained with ample lighting. Lift is not provided as they have only first floor. Old window AC, noisy, cooling takes some time.
