Good Hotel, room are neat & clean. Food is delicious. Visited during lockdown recently, that's why variety of food not available. Staff also is less.

I had booked their banquet hall for a function and i believe they provide one of the best services in Allahabad at a reasonable price. The catering and ambience was excellent. Moreover, everyone was awestruck by the decoration. Their staff was welcoming and courteous. Looking forward to visit again.

Room is great. But got quality issues with food. Had one of the worst spring rolls of my life here. also when asked for fruit salad only papaya was served, when asked to return they denied.

We visited Prayagraj during the second wave of pandemic and safety was our prime concern. When insisted the staff to change the linens after our arrival, they did so and resanitised the room without a frown on their face. The staff was very courteous and service was upto the mark. The food delicious too. Will stay here whenever visiting the city.
