This university is also popular in uttar pradesh.nnDeen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is the skilling and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. DDU-GKY has its origins in the Aajeevika Skills programme and the ‘Special Projects’ component of the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY). The scheme focuses on catering to the occupational aspirations of rural youth and enhancing their skills for wage employment.nnImplementation of DDU-GKY involves State Governments, Technical Support Agencies like the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD & PR), and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).nnMoRD has notified the Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to be followed while implementing the programme. It is mandatory for all project functionaries under DDU-GKY to be trained, assessed and certified in the Standard Operating Procedures.

I came here for my migration and provisional certificate because it was needed for my M.sc admission. They just gave me a form and said me that get it attested by your principal. Now consider my situation. I came here after traveling approx 200km only for form and then i have to return back 150 km to my college and after attestation i have to submit this again in gorakhpur. A lot of time wastes in all these. Instead they can give forms to college which will be directly given to students who want these certificate. And they will then come to university.
