I made a payment of 30,000/= to this institution in June 2020, as provisional fee for admission of my daughter into a Bachelor degree course (B Pharm). In spite of my repeated emails, phone calls, and campus visits, they are yet to refund the money. Certainly, this is not befitting the reputation of a new university that claims to be one of the best private universities in West Bengal.

Me, Swapan Kr Bhaduri is posting this comment based on my and my son's experience in the department of management especially how they misbehaved with me and my son. So before taking admission please go through these points given below as follows-n1. The Course MBA is not recognized by AICTE, AIU, so there's no value of the degree.n2. The Syllabus is given but not taught in details.n3. There are two persons in the department named Mr. Santanu Ray, sacked from IBS, and Mr. Amit Kundu, claiming will help the students but in fact plays with future of them. They can't provide internship, final placements if any student gets it and attend the SIP viva-voce exam schedule by them then they will destroy the future of that student and will promote students who throws good. learned faculties coming there to really help students for e.g. Dr. M. Desai for the subject OB & HR, never give presentations and get marks only by pure politics, etc.nIn the 1st hearing of the case the Honorable judge asked the advocate of the University, do you give degree by money?, he remained silent. Even they gave 2nd and 3rd Semester Marksheets after me and my son moved to the court.nTo prove these I'm uploading the picture of the case at Calcutta High Court, please see this and henceforth decide taking admission as they can't deny the legal order by Calcutta High Court.
