It's been 8 months now and I still not received a first date of hearing. Because of delay from promoter, I came to Hira. Now, they are masters of making it more delayed. People, do not come here at all. They are like soldiers without weapon. Officers are all useless. Had there been any marking lesser than 1 star, I would have been more happy to go to the bottom. RERA is now active for WB.

It's better to go to other forum for refund than WBHIRA as new members are defending certain fraud Promoters. Efficiency has been drastically reduced. now we are getting next hearing date after 5 months!!!

Till date not a single aggrieved got justice. Too reluctant to take any step against builders. While other state RERA is so efficient, hira is just an eyewash.

Efficiency has drastically subsided since the new board has replaced Mr Onkar Singh Meena. Now getting final order will be delayed significantly.
