Unimark Riviera in Uttarpara Complex seems to be great but the work in progress is going pathetic. Very unhappy with the management. Complained multiple times but no one cares to finish off the project.nPromised Date of delivery : December 2018nExpected Date of possession : No where near 2021 according to the WIP.nAlso the Demo Flat shown to us at the time of booking was very high quality fittings and raw materials but now the actual fittings & quality is of very low standard which they have altered in their demo flat too.nPlus their walls have started seeping water & is already facing damp issue even before completion.nMost unethical way of doing business.nP.S: Maximum reviews are fake for diluting actual issues posted by real buyers . THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE SAFETY OF LAKHS OF PEOPLE

The project was supposed to be completed Long back. Progress is not as per commitment. However, location of unimark reveria is excellent.

A cheater real estate company. Even the promoters of this company are over smart. Unimark fraud with many by taking money and pressurized to pay extra cost before giving delivery of flats. Neither they complete project on time. Most of the projects are running late by years and if you do even one day delay in paying as per the schedule, they charge heavy interest and penalty. But when their turn to handover of property, they avoid you. Please keep safe distance from this developer. They are real cheaters. If you value for your money, please buy flat from some other developer but not from Unimark.

This builder is not delivering any housing projects. Unimark Riviera and Unimark Springfield project has not handed over a single flat over half of a decade. Taking money with false commitments is practiced. The employees who are executing the false commitments, false hand over dates , remember you and your relatives also be identified as fraud and cheat !
