Pathetic Service. No humanity. Ordered at the time of pandemic we were hungry. The app perfectly showed my location is serviceable. But delivery boy whose name was Prem Kumar refused to come. Rather he asked me to come 1km more to receive the delivery at 11pm night and ultimately the delivery boy cancelled the order. Even the Dominos Shop Contact Number is not working. I ask you if your app is showing my location serviceable then what authority delivery boy has to cancel the order or even ask me 1km more ? He has no humanity even at the time of covid he is making customers suffer, least expected from brand like Dominos. Had to stay hungry this night because of disgusting behavior of delivery boy.

At least there is a Dominos outlet in deoghar. It's situated besides the main road. The place was really good. The behavior of the staffs is friendly and sweet. It's a good place to go out with friends and family members. But at peak hours you have to wait as there are not enough place to sit. The home delivery system is also very good. Good place for quick bites.

The place isn't clean,employees aren't listening to the issues. If you pay bucks to enjoy a quality time and get opened with that unclean environment,then it isn't a good way to welcome your customer.nnWork on the cleanliness. Else everything is good till now.

Ordered twice online. First time prepaid through credit card and they delivered two items less and two wrong items. The family I ordered did not notice until next day. Next time learned the lesson and ordered online but on cash on delivery option. This time too he came with one less pizza and one less fries. After not paying, he went back and brought it in no time. Definitely the delivery person are trying to steal as much as they can. There seems to be no control.

I'm glad with the quality of items didn't get comprise here.nnBut really disappointed with the behavior of billing desk representative.nnIt felt like someone forcefully have pushed that guy into the job-role he was handling.
