Misbehaviour with clients.nThis hotel is renamed as Hotel Varanasi in in booking.com.nThey charge extra costs for air conditioner although not mentioned clearly nor did they inform us even if we ask specifically for it.nNo private parking. Parking provided is 1 km away.nNo electric kettle, no refrigerator, no toilet accessories provided.nI recommend not to book this hotel.

Rooms are good.nService is upto the mark.nGhat and vehicles available within walking distance.nKashi Vishwanath Temple also present within 10 min of walk.

Please do not go with the rating on goibibo, fraud hoteliers, they ask for the OTP and then they login themselves on goibibo and mark 5 star. Dirty rooms, mouse in my room, dirty bed sheet, smelling blanket, dirty bathroom, rude staff behaviour. Do not book this hotel, worst experience.

Please don't book in any condition. Hotelier makes fool to customers and Goibibo or MakeMyTrip or whichever booking site regarding amenities.
