Experience was OK..however, there is always room for improvement.

I lived in new york city for 4 years right next to this stop. I do remember long wait times for a train, but they do announce when trains are coming so that was helpful-ish

I don't find the trains here to be as frequent as they should. Though they do announce if there's a train approaching on the PA system.

Ticket machines seem to be broken 50% of the time, staff will tell you it's your fault you didn't bring cash.

Station is pretty crappy, so is the service as well any point in the later evening. Trash usually overflowing.
