Public dealing is worse ..they talk to each other constantly ,reply their mobile msgs in front of customers without bothering that tcustomers are waiting in queue. I met one employee mr.santosh chaudhary today. Who fit to such description.

It is one of the oldest post offices in central Delhi. Big and sprawling. Good staff. Only problem is like other post offices in the city it also works in traditional ways. It is not computerised and you have to queue up for services. India Post should modernise itself and make every service computerised and digitised.

My parcel is lying there for 4 days but they are not delivering it to ICAI BHAWAN please deliver it, it's very urgent and important.
