Worst experience non- cooperative staff. Even I went to pick up my consignment they didn't let me my consignment as they say address is incomplete, okey with that its my fault but I was there to pick my consignment. Still the response was negative and they didnot let me to take my parcel.

poor staff with rude behavior and stop working at 2pm but timing is 5 pm and bad location also
