I stayed here from 2 march to 7 march. We booked this through Agoda and got rooms in reasonable price. They did not allow outside food while hotel food was very expensive and also no restaurants nearby. A chapati is charged for Rs 99. The room was perfect and clean. In that side of area, they have hard water, which is not good for hair.

A nice hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Their banquet hall are small and good for a gathering of 200 to 300 person's. I never used their Spa thus can't comment on that. The only lacking is the location it's situated in a quite solitude although safe place. It's good for those people who want to visit in Noida-kaushambi-vasundhra and Delhi as well because it's on the eastern border of Delhi.

Food review: We have ordered murg tikka butter masala and murg fum biryani, the gravy was thick and sweet preferred to have with chapati or naan. Biryani was good but the food was too heavy for 2 person. A bit overly priced as they dont allow outside food

Money minded people they dont know how to treat with guest also they dont want to give sollution to guest , very bad food experience they serve food of there choice and whatever is available they said eat snacks in lunch bcz we cant serve naan or tandori roti food quality is not value for money taste is bad , i can say they theft clients.nPlease not to go this hotel

I m really very very disappointed with the staff(reception) and manager Ms Indu of golden palm hotels... they are really very rude & money minded people...nThere ultimate goal is to earn extra money from there guest...& morover what happened with us is we have done our booking from agoda...there we had done a mistake n agoda said to refund the amount but the hotel manager denied... & then they din't served us lunch according to us... the manager said eat watever is available we can't provide tandoori right now...n no hotel says directly like this they atleast try to make there guest feel comfortable...nI srously recommend everyone to do not book this hotel in any situation bcz this is not at all worthful & morover they all are after money only....
