Request speed post management department to increase staff member, computer operator. Only single window counter available at sight where 50 % time consumed by No of postman after that open for public courier.

Went there to send a speed parcel and it was me alone as a customer but it took them 15 mins to answer me, yes they heard me from the window but they kept doing what they were doing and there were 3 of them.I waited patiently and finally after one guy was done whatever he was into he answered me to come back again tomorrow.
