Had locks re-keyed at my new apartment. Took a few days to schedule the work, but the tech was on time for the appointment. He not only changed out the cylinders but also fine tuned the alignments to really smooth out the way the locks operated. Not cheap, but well worth the money to have everything working so much better.

This place has been in business at least 50 years and after going inside, I see why. I needed to replace a core for a lock. I was acknowledged immediately upon entering and given professional yet personable customer service.

Scot and Mike have been able to solve every one of my lock issues, ranging from a very complex mortise lock problem to installing new deadbolts, to rekeying a lock. I plan to continue working with them for the foreseeable future.
