Talk about customer NO-service in the rental office and staff who really don’t care. The Property won’t respond to issues. It is a Landlord strong market which compounds the issue so do NOT expect the property manager to get the landlord to act to resolve issues. I gave up and moved on.

Just picked up the keys to our own home today and just want to say that Merrin Watts is a delight!! She made everything so comfortable and easy to understand, she didnt rush us or pressure us into anything and she was with us 100 percent of the way which as first homebuyers is extremely important to us. Hopefully she would be happy to help sell our house in a few years because she will be the first person I contact!
