My lawyer advised that if I had any unpermitted buildings on my property to let the real estate agent Tania Baron know so that she could inform people when showing them around. When she and the auctioneer turned up the day before the auction to set the reserve I asked Tania if she had been letting people know. She hadn't! She said not a problem we will just tell people right before the auction. I firmly believe this had a detrimental effect on the price I received at auction. I would not recommend Harcourts or Tania Baron at all!!!!
