Awful! Traveled all the way from outside London to attend a pre-booked viewing.nNo one showed up, no one contacted us to say they couldn’t show us round and could not get hold of the Kendal office at all. Redirected to Grange, Keswick, etc

Professional, knowledgable and helpful

Having to do another review due to the response From Hackney and Leigh. We’ve applied for more than one property before. When we’ve been told that we’ve been unsuccessful it’s never been explained as to why. You also tell us that there’s not anything suitable and that you’ll hold our details on file but we never receive any response from you? So I’m not sure how you’d be happy to transfer our application elsewhere...
