Replied promptly to my request for a quote which I accepted. Came on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, thank you Steve. Very happy with Canberra Locksmiths' service and would not hesitate to call them again, if necessary!
Tony from Canberra Locksmiths arrived with 30 minutes of my call. I am in a wheelchair so I could not get into the garage to flick the circuit breaker. Once he had fixed my lock he also flicked the circuit breaker for me. Tony was prompt, professional, happy and kind. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
When I originally visited the shop in Phillip, they were out of stock of the specific key i needed (roller door). I was told they would soon be restocked and as such proceeded to call and email them for months (calling at least 5 times and emailing several). Months later and i am still without the key i need and without a response.nnDeplorable service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Whilst a fabulous job was done by the friendly, polite locksmith, the assistance given by the after hours call team was despicable. I was locked out of my apartment with nothing - no phone, no wallet - and they would not come out without a credit card guarantee that I obviously could not provide. I was hung up on by the call taker whilst in tears. I'm not sure how someone could be so heartless. My poor neighbours (who had already opened their door to a stranger and handed over a phone!) provided their credit card details as I was too nervous to call any other locksmith than who my landlord had told me to call. I will ensure that he finds another more sympathetic agency to direct his tenants to in future. Such an incredibly upsetting process that did not need to be as such.
