Worst branch and very very slow service. To open one account i had to visit 7 times and still in process..... Irritating but thats the only option as you reside in koperkhairane.nEven office is very congested and unsafe during this pandemic.....gov should take note of it on high priority to improve service as well as office.

Wrist service ever no one responding call . mostly time office is closed.

Timing mentioned for postal services is 9 am but they ask to come after 1130 am and the services for customers are stopped at 2 pm.

Worst servuce, 1 hour waited then also no one responded. They will be busy in talking among themselves. They are not even ready to ask your query.
