Extremely unprofessional and poor sense of explaining especially if you are ordering something online then you are in a soup. They show you some picture then when you select it then they will say they don't have that certain balloons. They charged me 500 rupees for 10 cheap heart shaped balloons which is obnoxious. They quality of the balloons is just fine how you would find at all the other local balloon vendors. Their pricing is steep with NO DISCOUNTS whatsoever. I didn't mind paying 3500 for my order but when i tried to give my feedback the owner of this franchise didn't take it too well. She was angry and furious on what's wrong in charging Rs. 500 for really poor quality balloons. I hope this review is read by many and they avoid going to this store and never ever order online. Cause they might sham you like they did to me. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. You might spoil your special occasion.

Extremely helpful shop owner and staff. They will help you with decoration ideas and are polite. The shop has unique decorations items.

Very expensive. Literally buying 5 small size balloon plus HELIUM gas costed me around 1500. And that too they are not worth. They are charging more that 120 rupees for helium gas. After buying i was very upsit wasting my money on those useless balloons. guys i will suggest you all too buy balloons online and fill gas from any local shop instead of wasting money and buying those American made balloons.

Variety of stuff is available but it is very very very costly. I would suggest you order stuff from Amazon at reasonable price and satisfactory quality.
